Ploce is placed in the middle between regional centers of Split and Dubrovnik, on the Adriatic highway, which connects all cities on Croatian side of Adriatic. By the end of 2008 the higway from Zagreb to Ploce will be constructed and the crossroad with corridor 5C will be in Ploce.
