- is situated in the western part of Gradac, surrounded with a pinetree forest, in the immediate vicinity of the beach.
Capacity: 111 rooms centrally, 113 rooms in the adjacent building of the same rank, 60 rooms in bungalows.
In the central object each room has a balcony, sea view, telephone and a toilet with a bath tub. In the adjacent object each room has a balcony, toilet with a bath tub, and only a few rooms have a hill view. In the bungalows all rooms have a sea view, toilet with a shower bath, 40 rooms have balconies.
