Appartments Sanda house is located in Kaštel Stari on a quiet location in residental area, with garden and trees arround house. Favorable climate with sunny summer and moderate winter temperatures. Situated between Split (18 km) and Trogir (8 km), ancient towns with museums, theatre and a lot of cultural events and entertainment. The pebble beach on the picture is just 60 m from the apartments, with showers and café bars. There is a promenade along the coast, 3 km each side, with mediterranean flora, café bars, restaurants, shops, medieval stone houses and old castels-fortresses that during Venetian rule served as shelter from Turcs. Bus connection with Split and Trogir every 20 min. During summer period one barbecue evening gratis, with local wine, for all guests. The guests can be transported from the airport Split to the appartments in Kaštel Stari by the owner of the appartments. It can be arranged one day excursions to river Krka Falls, Medjugorje pilgrimage place in Bosnia and Hercegovina, fish picnic with ship to nearby islands. Arheological location Salona from the roman period is 8 km away, botanical garden 1 km, museum 1 km. There is possibility of rafting and kayaking on the river Cetina 35 km away, scuba diving with embarcation in Kaštela, Split and Trogir, rent a boat, play tennis, take a walk to the Kozjak mountain nearby where you have beautiful view over Kaštela, Kaštela bay and islands. Just 200 m from apartment at location Pallace you can use opened and closed pool, sauna, jogging park, fitness, play tennis, volleyball and mini golf.

Each summer in Kaštel Stari are organised various cultural events in the evening like open air theatre, concerts, summer carneval and something rare - race of donkeys. Just three km from apartments, on the slope of the mountain Kozjak there is Appartments Sanda owner’s property called Stomorija. There is a vineyard and oliva plantage, small house hidden among the pine trees with fireplace in lounge, two rooms and kitchen. The property 3000 m2 is surrounded by fence, it is accesible by car, there is enough parking area and it is suitable for grill party. The guests can work in the vineyard and oliva plantage with agricultural hand tools. During winter the house can be heated with the fireplace and there is a wood for that purpose in enough quantity. In the vicinity (150 m) is small medieval church and known biblical garden, unique place to pay visit. The gests will have the keys of the house and outside gate of the property and can utilise this location according to their interest . When somebody wants to rest completely on the nice, safe and confortable place in the pure nature, during any period of the year, where the only sound is the bird’s singing, it is hard to find a better place than Stomorija.
