Our lovely apartments are situated in the old quite part of Komiza, only 150 m from the town center, 50 m from the city beach. Car parking available.

*Children till 12 years do not pay tax, from 12 to 18 years pay 50%
*The stated prices refer to daily rent.
*For the reservation it necessary to send 30% & the money.
*Payment of the advance deposit should be confirmed with your E-mail
*in the case of cancellation of the reservation, the advance deposit will not be refunded.
*On the arrival day guests can use the apartment after 13,00 o clock. On the departure day they have to free the apartment before 10,00 o clock.
*For the sojourn shorter than 3 days, price increases for 20%.
*All the apartments have a possibility to use barbecue.
