Our villa has 3 apartments for renting. It is placed in Stanići, only 5 kilometers from the town Omiš, 25 kilometers from the towns Split and Makarska, and 190 km from Dubrovnik. The villa is 50 kilometers from the airport near Split.
It is located 10 meters from the beach in the first row of houses (no house in front), and, 100 meters from 2 supermarkets, 3 restaurants and a bus stop.

Parking is available. Part of the beach belongs to the villa. Every apartment has its own entrance.
-The apartment has 4 (2+2) beds, kitchen with place to eat (table and chairs), bathroom with shower, a large terrace with beautiful view to the sea and islands. The apartment has all kitchen equipment and TV. All furniture is new in the apartment.
The apartment is equipped with air condition.

-The villa is between pine-trees with lots of sun and shade.
-Above the beach there is a private part with sunshade from the trees with table and chairs with possibilities to illuminate with electric lights.
-The location provides stay with no noise and complete safety for people and belongings.
-The sea is very clean because there is no industry in the area. There is a family atmosphere in the location.
-There is a diving school 100 meters away, rafting is everyday organized in Omiš every day excursions for the islands by boat.
