For stays of 1 or 2 nights price of rent is 30% higher
Tourist tax, laundry, gas and electricity and water expences, final cleaning are INCLUDED in the prices.
Reservation means 20% of the total price payed in advance and the rest of the amount after arrival
Check in at 14:00 - Check out at 10:00 am (leaving after 10:00 you should pay for another day )
After arrival you should leave your documents at the middle floor for login in tourist board
Loundry used to change each week ( 7 days ) - Pets are not allowed
In a case of any damage in apartment you should notice us before leaving apartment
