The house is situated in the middle of the Adriatic Coast. It is 50 metres far from the sea, near the pitcuresque fishermen place Seget, 3 km far from the old town Trogir – the cultural heritage of UNESCO, 6 km far from the Airport Split, and 30 km far from the town Split, the center of the county, and which is also protected by the UNESCO. Excursions to the National Park Krka and to the Adriatic islands are possible.
There are four different types of appartments in the house

Along the coast there is a beautiful „lungo mare“ for walking or jogging, about 3 km long. Also there are many nice gravelled beaches to choose, and nearby there is a complex of the hotel „Medena“ that offers many recreational activities for tourists.
In front of the house there is a garden with free parking place.
There is also a grill in the garden (EUR 5 per use).
