Pucisca , a small town and harbour on the northern coast of the island of Brac. Pucisca is the centre of stone extraction and cutting industry. In the immediate vicinity are three large quarries (Punta, Veselje and Kupinova), where the famous stone of Brac is extracted.
Sport fishing centres are distributed throughout the continental and coastal parts of the Republic of Croatia and abound in a great variety of fish species, since there are fishing grounds along lowland, highland and mountain rivers, streams and lakes, and along the coast of the Adriatic Sea and the Adriatic islands.
