Workshops
Seminar workshop is focused on
the architectural analysis of contemporary phenomena of life in the palace with regard to the
physical structure of the palace. The workshop's projects are to anticipate both programme and
formal future of the palace and therefore are to be used as a basis for discussions about
alternative development scenarios of the historical core of the city of Split.
There will be several workshops as defined by the invited chairmen and in the accordance with the
nature of studies they conduct at their institutions.
Seminar Outputs
Seminar will eventually result in
the bilanguage (Croatian-English) publication presenting all the lectures and the results of all the
workshops. Moreover, the workshops outcomes can be presented in the form of an exhibition.
Seminar Schedule
Seminar "Split 1700+" will take
place at the beginning of the September 1997. It will last six days; five of them are dedicated to the
workshops and the last one is reserved for the excursion.
