Our house
is placed in small village Stanici, SE from Omis which is about 3km
far away. House is placed in beautiful surrounding of pine woods, and
it is just in the middle between main road and beach. We can offer two
apartments; type1 and type2. Approach from the main road which is about
60m far is by stairs. On the main road we have parking place with shade
for your car. Beside our house we have also small yard to play basketball,
bowling, or table tennis. In Stanici you can find two restaurants, market,
bar and small green market. In nearby place Omis you can find big market,
banks, post office, many restaurants with good food, bars, and also
big sand beach. Omis is also well known for his history and monuments,
and it is placed on river Cetina which provides beautiful scenery with
magnificent canyon. Our house is good place for start of nearby visits
to places like Makarska, Split, Brela, or trip to island Brac. |

Approach to the beach from our house
is by stairs and distance is about 60m. On the beach you can use our
sun umbrellas, chairs and table. Also near to the beach we have small
house for beach accessories that can be stored. |

with double bed, and one room with two separate beds, living room, fully
equipped kitchen, bathroom, and two sunny terraces with beautiful sea
view. Apartment is equipped with TV set and air condition unit. Apartment
is for max 4 persons.
Prices include expenses of water, electricity and taxes. Air condition unit is separately charged using prepaid card issued by house owner. |
